NOTICE TO ALL PS CLIENT-AGENCIES

Re: Submission of Annual Procurement Program for 2010

During the first quarter of 2009, the Procurement Service issued a circular requesting all client-agencies to submit their Annual Procurement Program (APP) for 2010 as required under Republic Act No. 9184, or the Government Procurement Reform Act.

In our review of the APP submissions, our database did not show that all offices complied with our memorandum. In view thereof, we are giving time to those agencies which have not yet complied to submit their APPs in the required format downloadable at this website, to reach this office not later than February 15, 2010, either through postal or courier services or via e-mail at ifajarito@yahoo.com.

The Procurement Service (PS) opens its regional sub-depot on November 10, 2008 in Borongan, Eastern Samar under the leadership of Gov. Ben P. Evardone. It is the 6th regional sub-depot to open within the year and the first to open in the Visayas region.
